Mr. Jordaan Hotel Amsterdam

The customer service at this hotel was outstanding! the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and even arranged transportation for us. the location was perfect! It was in a picturesque area close to everything we wanted to see and within walking distance of excellent restaurants.

The air conditioning in the room. the remote control didn't work properly, making it difficult to regulate the temperature.

The hotel's location is superb, making it an ideal spot for tourists to explore the city with ease. Downstairs area is bustling with activity, tourists, and locals alike. Many key tourist attractions are within walking distance, adding to the convenience. Coffee machines in the lobby, the cozy rooms, and the friendly service are just a few examples of the many perks of staying here.

The selection of food could have been better.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, situated by a picturesque canal in a beautiful neighborhood. The cleanliness of the room was impressive and the hotel facilities were outstanding. I also appreciated the unlimited coffee in the common lounge area and the friendly and helpful staff.

Had a just perfect stay for the activities and plans I had prepared for my trip with excellant stuff and location. Loved my rooms for chairs. Distance to the airport was just 12 miles.

Lovely hotel with cozy rooms and a friendly atmosphere. My skylight let in some light, but luckily I brought an eye mask! The canal view was beautiful and the location was perfect for exploring. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood, yet it's directly in the City Center. The location alongside a tranquil canal adds to the charm. The staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly, and they go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I loved that the rooms have detached bathrooms, providing privacy and convenience. The complimentary hot drinks available all day in the lounge are a lovely touch. Plus, the breakfast with excellent croissants included in the price is a great bonus.

The only minor improvement could be to have faster elevators.

I had an enjoyable experience here, everything was perfect, the location was ideal short walk to a quiet area, trams, good restaurants. The continental breakfast offered plenty of food, something for everyone's taste. I appreciated staff's kindness. Well decorated lobby. Also with its good wifi I could post videos etc.

Comfy beds, great coffee, helpful staff when room not ready - moved to a larger room, lovely view of new church tower and Amsterdam rooftops.

Felt so at home, no complaints at all.
